Description

  • Lead the day-to-day client relationship from implementation through ongoing outcomes, with support from the ANZ General Manager.
  • Own client outcomes by tracking progress against goals and helping clients make changes to achieve them.
  • Manage the implementation process by coordinating with clients, contractors, and UK-based teams to get sensors installed.
  • Triage and respond to inbound customer queries after implementation, resolving issues and minimizing escalations.
  • Maintain proactive client communication, including issue management and support for quarterly business reviews.
  • Identify ways to add value for clients through dashboard demos, new-team engagement, and ad hoc analysis.
  • Support scoping and delivery of new projects by understanding required data and helping clients implement them.
  • Act as the voice of the client for internal stakeholders and coordinate with other teams when needed.
  • Look for commercial opportunities such as upsells or scope expansion while supporting client needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a client-facing role working with technical projects and data.
  • Strong teamworking skills and the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
  • Ability to build relationships quickly with prospects and clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously with strong time and task management.
  • Experience managing post-sale client onboarding through to successful implementation.
  • Experience planning for and managing renewals.
  • Passion for Active Travel, Urban Planning, and Mobility (desired).
  • Experience in the transport industry or understanding of the challenges cities and authorities are trying to solve (desired).
  • Experience working with or managing public sector accounts (desired).
  • Experience with Pipedrive or other CRM platforms (desired).
  • Experience with a Customer Success platform or familiarity with health scoring and impact plans (desired).
  • Good understanding of core Customer Success practices and how they relate to customer growth (desired).

  • Salary of AUD $90,000–$110,000 plus superannuation.
