Description

  • Actively source relevant candidates using multiple channels, tools, and a creative approach.
  • Build effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Write outreach emails, test their performance, and continuously improve communication.
  • Work closely with recruiters on open roles, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination throughout the hiring process.
  • Collect and analyze sourcing data and prepare weekly and quarterly reports on progress, performance, and forecasts.
  • Maintain and update candidate information in the internal database.
  • Analyze the IT labor market and gather up-to-date market trend insights.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of the sourcing function within the team.
  • Support hiring for Junior and Intern roles by organizing interviews and conducting brief prescreen calls.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Understanding of key global IT labor market trends.
  • Practical experience with Boolean and X-Ray search queries.
  • Proactive, independent approach and readiness to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Desire to grow in recruiting and explore modern candidate search approaches.
  • Understanding of the IT market and roles within IT companies.
  • Copywriting skills and knowledge of best practices for email campaigns.
  • Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to analyze information and turn it into practical, effective conclusions.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Lever and Jira is preferred.
  • Practical experience with sourcing tools such as Sales Navigator, Recruiter Lite, Teamable, or Top Funnel is preferred.
