Description

  • Identify passive and active candidates through sourcing, market research, and industry networks for manufacturing and production engineering roles.
  • Engage prospective candidates with tailored outreach and personalized communication.
  • Build and maintain robust pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with production and product goals.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing strategies and workflows.
  • Source talent across electro-mechanical assembly, integration, avionics, wire harnessing, electrical manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, firmware, and manufacturing software roles.
  • Support hiring for generalist manufacturing roles that combine electrical, mechanical, software, and quality skills.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Proven track record hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles.
  • Experience in high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and influence candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to use data to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred experience sourcing in startups, defense, aerospace, automotive, complex hardware, or high-tech industries.
  • Preferred experience using Greenhouse, Gem, AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Preferred understanding of hardware manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
  • Preferred ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and solve problems creatively.
  • Preferred direct, succinct communication style and strong sense of ownership.
