Description

  • Use advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and industry networks to identify passive and active candidates for manufacturing and production engineering roles.
  • Source talent across electro-mechanical assembly, integration, avionics, wire harnessing, mechanical assembly, and related disciplines.
  • Identify candidates in electrical/electronics manufacturing, including PCBA assembly, test, and rework.
  • Source for manufacturing engineering roles, including Design for Manufacturability (DFM), New Product Introduction (NPI), and Test Engineering.
  • Find specialized electrical engineering and firmware engineering talent for manufacturing test and automation.
  • Source manufacturing software and automation engineering candidates for factory systems, robotics, and test automation.
  • Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with prospective candidates through tailored messaging and personalized outreach.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, production demands, and sourcing priorities.
  • Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to improve sourcing strategies and workflows.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
  • Proven track record hiring for complex manufacturing, production, or hardware engineering roles.
  • Experience recruiting within high-tech, defense, aerospace, or similarly complex hardware industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to engage, build rapport with, and influence candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and guide strategy.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
  • Preferred experience using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong understanding of hardware manufacturing processes and production methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Highly self-sufficient, proactive, resilient, and able to solve problems creatively.
  • Direct, succinct communicator with strong active listening and a low-ego, high-curiosity mindset.
