Own one or more end-to-end workflows within the content supply chain and define their overall purpose, outcomes, and value.
Ensure workflow integrity and consistency across regions, brands, and operating models.
Define how agentic AI agents coordinate work, reduce manual effort, and support adaptive, self-learning systems.
Specify human-in-the-loop controls, escalation procedures, compliance requirements, and security needs.
Partner with AI and engineering teams to assess technical feasibility and implementation options.
Develop the core product as a configurable platform and infrastructure layer that supports AI-led workflows and modular architecture.
Define and implement end-to-end data flows, data ownership, dependencies, and analytics implications.
Document internal and external integration requirements, system boundaries, and constraints.
Work closely with solution consultants, business analysts, architects, sales, customer success, and delivery teams during discovery and validation.
Define commercial logic for workflows, including value drivers, pricing impact, and packaging options.
Validate hypotheses with strategic operations, finance, and sales stakeholders.
Support customer and market validation through needs discovery, demo presentations, business case validation, and technical analysis.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in product management or a similar strategic role.
Proven success in defining product strategy and launching products that exceeded business goals.
Deep understanding of content supply chains in Life Sciences or pharmaceutical environments.
Experience designing end-to-end workflows rather than isolated features.
Practical knowledge of agentic AI concepts and principles.
Experience with platform/infrastructure product thinking, data flows, and integrations.
Ability to translate complex technical systems into clear business value narratives.
Commercial mindset with understanding of pricing logic, value drivers, and product packaging.
3+ years of direct experience in Life Sciences, such as pharma, clinical research, or healthcare.
Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Experience with pricing models, business case development, and financial analysis.
Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and product analytics tools.
English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher.
