Description

  • Run the end-to-end product lifecycle for assigned Arena initiatives.
  • Create, communicate, and execute product roadmaps and strategy.
  • Define success metrics and the data needed to measure product and feature performance.
  • Use user feedback to guide prioritization and improve outcomes.
  • Optimize the product funnel through growth initiatives and external platform integrations.
  • Work across conversational AI, voice, and video product experiences.
  • Design and refine evaluation frameworks for AI-powered products.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product experience, preferably on a SaaS platform.
  • Knowledge of LLMs, generative AI technologies, RAG applications, and agents.
  • Experience in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • Experience with Agile development processes.
  • Proven track record of taking products from concept to launch end-to-end.
  • Prior software engineering experience or developer-facing experience (preferred).
  • Experience with real-time communication products (preferred).
  • Familiarity with UI design best practices, APIs, programming languages, web/mobile architectures, and network effects (preferred).
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education (preferred).
  • Advanced English, written and spoken, with comfort speaking to native English speakers daily (preferred).
