Description

Define and own the multi-year product roadmap for M3’s data and AI suite.
Shape product vision and strategy for embedded dashboards, KPI frameworks, forecasting, and anomaly detection.
Conduct discovery with hotel management companies, ownership groups, GMs, finance leaders, and revenue managers to uncover unmet needs.
Translate hospitality operating context and data knowledge into actionable product requirements.
Write developer-ready specs, user stories, and requirements for engineering and design teams.
Define, track, and use success metrics tied to adoption, time-to-insight, and portfolio performance.
Manage and prioritize the product backlog across strategic initiatives and incremental improvements.
Partner with sales, customer success, and marketing on go-to-market plans for new data products.
Collaborate with integration and leadership teams on data sources, investment cases, partner strategy, and monetization.
Define practical AI use cases for hotel finance and operations and evaluate build, partner, or acquire options.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience, including at least 2 years focused on data, analytics, BI, or AI products.
Experience shipping analytics or intelligence products in a SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of hotel operations, daily reporting cycles, USALI, budgeting, and revenue management context.
Ability to turn ambiguous, complex problems into prioritized, executable roadmaps.
Strong user story and specification writing skills.
Comfort with data modeling, API design, data pipelines, and embedded analytics architectures.
Familiarity with BI and analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, custom dashboards, or embedded analytics SDKs.
Experience with or strong curiosity about applied AI/ML, including LLMs, forecasting models, and AI-assisted workflows.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Comfort operating with senior stakeholders and balancing vision with pragmatic execution.
Direct experience with PMS platforms such as Opera, Maestro, or Cloudbeds, STR data, payroll systems, or hospitality accounting software is preferred.
Experience with embedded analytics or white-label data platform products is preferred.
Background in hospitality management consulting, hotel asset management, or revenue management technology is preferred.
Exposure to USALI reporting standards and hotel-specific financial statement structures is preferred.
