Description

Own projects and drive results for a new casual game.
Work with cross-functional teams to write product specifications and drive feature development.
Lead cross-functional developers from concept to launch.
Design experiments and apply a hypothesis-based analytical approach.
Analyze game and experiment performance, then turn findings into action plans.
Maintain focus on business goals while advocating for the team, customers, and the business.
Work in a highly iterative live game environment.
Play the game, gather feedback, and proactively pitch solutions and ideas.
Report feature performance and share learnings with the studio.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience in live free-to-play video games.
Experience in casual and dice games preferred.
Ability to deconstruct competing feature sets and understand the market landscape.
Ability to propose efficient, goal-focused features.
Experience writing and maintaining product specifications.
Strong communication skills for small groups, large groups, and senior management.
Ability to filter and prioritize large amounts of qualitative and quantitative feedback into actionable insights.
Strong written, oral, organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
Passion for games and creating fun, compelling user experiences.
Ability to develop expertise in core and domain-specific metrics.

Benefits

Base salary range of $108,900 to $161,160 per year in California.
Potential bonus and/or equity awards.
