Description

  • Partner with account teams to create client transformation roadmaps and transition plans.
  • Conduct stakeholder mapping, change impact assessments, and readiness analysis for assigned clients.
  • Develop integrated change and enablement plans with objectives, timelines, resources, and success metrics.
  • Design targeted learning strategies and customer-centric training experiences aligned to capability gaps.
  • Build stakeholder engagement and communication plans to support alignment and reduce resistance.
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions for different user groups.
  • Own post-go-live reinforcement efforts with customer success, product, and technical teams.
  • Monitor adoption metrics, identify gaps, and deploy targeted interventions such as retraining and coaching.
  • Establish and support internal champion networks to sustain adoption within client organizations.
  • Track program KPIs, document outcomes and lessons learned, and share best practices and wins.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years leading end-to-end change management or customer enablement programs in a client-facing B2B SaaS or consulting environment.
  • Pharma or life sciences experience is strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing learning and change strategies that delivered measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as ADDIE or learning design thinking, and/or change management frameworks such as ADKAR or Prosci.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, customer onboarding, or omnichannel strategy in the pharma or life sciences industry is a plus.
  • Comfort enabling customers on AI-driven or agentic tools, with curiosity about how AI changes ways of working.
  • Ability to translate complex workflows and technical product features into clear learning content for non-technical users.
  • Confidence facilitating conversations with both C-suite sponsors and frontline end users, and adapting communication style to the audience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
  • Advanced or fluent English, written and spoken; a second language is a plus.
