Description

  • Work with stakeholders to understand business challenges and resolve complex issues affecting multiple services.
  • Analyze, elicit, and document business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with solution consultants, UX/UI designers, product managers, project managers, technical writers, and development teams across the software lifecycle.
  • Prepare and manage technical requirements throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Create and present proposed solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to improve quality and identify best practices.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English proficiency with strong written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to analyze and document complex business processes and logic affecting multiple services.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical requirements.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and Confluence, Microsoft Office 365, and visualization tools such as Figma or Axure RP.
  • Experience with business process modeling techniques, methodologies, and tools.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences and stakeholders at all management levels.
