Description

  • Lead consultative sales conversations with pharma stakeholders on omnichannel engagement, modular content, digital content operations, CRM ecosystems, and AI-enabled commercial workflows.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by identifying operational inefficiencies, ecosystem gaps, and scalable engagement opportunities.
  • Translate client transformation challenges into structured solution proposals with measurable business impact.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from qualification through negotiation and contract signature for enterprise and mid-market pharma clients.
  • Own a defined portfolio of strategic accounts and new business targets to drive consistent pipeline generation and progression.
  • Develop and execute account growth plans in collaboration with customer success and delivery teams.
  • Increase adoption of scalable offerings such as platforms, licenses, and packaged services.
  • Build relationships with commercial, marketing, digital excellence, IT, procurement, and medical stakeholders across pharma organizations.
  • Lead discovery sessions that uncover both business needs and internal operational realities.
  • Represent Viseven at pharma industry events, roundtables, and transformation-focused discussions.
  • Collaborate with SDR, marketing, partnerships, product, and delivery teams to align outreach, scoping, proposals, and go-to-market execution.
  • Contribute to proposal development, RFP participation, pricing strategy, and GTM refinement.
  • Share market insights and omnichannel trends to influence internal strategy and portfolio positioning.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in pharma omnichannel or digital engagement roles, consultative B2B sales, account management, commercial excellence, or customer engagement transformation.
  • Strong understanding of pharma commercial operations and omnichannel engagement models.
  • Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and decision-making structures inside pharma organizations.
  • Excellent command of English at C1+ level.
  • Native or fluent Polish language skills at C1+ level.
  • Experience working inside pharma companies or in omnichannel consulting environments is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with platforms such as Veeva, Salesforce, Adobe, or CRM and engagement ecosystems is a strong advantage.
  • Experience participating in digital transformation or customer engagement initiatives is a strong advantage.
  • An existing pharma network in Poland or the CEE region is a strong advantage.
  • Experience with AI-enabled commercial or marketing workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Understanding of how pharma teams work across marketing, medical, sales, CRM, and content operations.
  • Familiarity with modular content, CRM ecosystems, Veeva or customer engagement flows, omnichannel orchestration, and AI-assisted engagement models.
  • Strong consultative mindset with the ability to connect business pain points to scalable operational solutions.
  • Comfort discussing transformation topics with both business and operational stakeholders.
