Description

  • Write, schedule, and publish on-brand social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Maintain the social media calendar and repurpose blogs, case studies, podcasts, reports, and other content.
  • Manage routine WordPress website updates and ensure content is accurate, current, and properly formatted.
  • Own weekly newsletter production, including research, copywriting, list management, HubSpot build, QA, scheduling, distribution, and performance tracking.
  • Create and maintain marketing projects, tasks, timelines, and deliverables in Monday.com.
  • Develop creative briefs and coordinate designers, video editors, revisions, approvals, and asset delivery.
  • Track social and email performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement.
  • Support ad hoc marketing initiatives and monitor social media and content marketing trends.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, social media, content, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, including business or organizational social media content.
  • Strong project coordination, organization, communication, follow-through, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook/Meta, Instagram, or similar social platforms.
  • Experience with WordPress or another CMS and familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to learn and work across marketing technology and project management tools.
  • Ability to interpret brand voice and create polished, audience-appropriate content.
  • Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience with Monday.com, newsletters, creative production, agency or B2B environments preferred.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, digital marketing, or legal marketing preferred.
