Description

  • Set up, customize, and maintain white-labeled GoHighLevel CRM accounts.
  • Build and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, automation workflows, SMS/email campaigns, and pipelines.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients into the CRM platform.
  • Troubleshoot CRM issues, optimize systems, and support a smooth user experience.
  • Track progress on CRM build-outs and automation projects.
  • Coordinate timelines and deliverables for client CRM setups.
  • Research platform features or competitor CRMs when needed.
  • Serve as the point of contact for client questions and provide timely updates or escalations.
  • Prepare walkthroughs, SOPs, or short training videos for clients.
  • Manage email inboxes and calendars related to CRM or onboarding.
  • Organize CRM assets such as templates, campaigns, and workflows.
  • Create reports or summaries of account performance or engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience using GoHighLevel is required.
  • Familiarity with CRM setup, sales funnels, automation, and white labeling.
  • Experience working as a Virtual Assistant, Tech VA, or CRM Specialist.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Ability to work independently, follow SOPs, and maintain confidentiality.
