Description

Develop and maintain Braze attributes, including custom attributes and event structures for lifecycle segmentation and personalization.
Own marketing attribution analysis across channels, campaigns, and touchpoints to inform spend, targeting, and channel mix decisions.
Analyze member engagement across the full lifecycle, identifying drop-off points and opportunities to improve engagement strategy.
Build and maintain Looker dashboards and reporting for member engagement, channel effectiveness, and lifecycle outcomes.
Partner with Member Operations and Marketing to translate business questions into analysis and actionable recommendations.
Proactively surface insights and recommendations before they are requested by stakeholders.
Use production SQL and DBT ETL knowledge to validate data flows and resolve discrepancies across Braze and Looker.
Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to inform operations and marketing decisions.
Collaborate with analysts, marketing, and data stakeholders on reporting and analysis needs.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree at a minimum.
3-5+ years of experience in member/customer engagement analytics, marketing analytics, or a related quantitative role.
Proven experience building dashboards and reporting in Looker or a comparable BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI.
Experience using Explores to enable self-serve analytics for stakeholders.
Working understanding of production SQL and how DBT ETL models feed downstream systems like Braze and Looker.
Experience writing SQL to analyze data in BigQuery or a similar relational database.
Experience with attribution and revenue recognition analytics.
Fluency with AI-based analytics and coding tools such as Claude or Claude Code to accelerate query writing, analysis, and reporting while validating results for accuracy.
Comfort designing and interpreting experiments and A/B tests.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate analysis into clear recommendations for non-technical partners.
Familiarity with LookML and maintaining a Looker semantic model (preferred).
Familiarity with DBT data models and production ETL workflows (preferred).
Braze certification(s) (preferred).
Experience in healthcare or another regulated industry (preferred).
Experience with Braze or a comparable CRM/engagement platform, including custom attributes and event structures (preferred).
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and all employees must reside in / be able to work from the U.S.
