Description

  • Plan and coordinate live and virtual events, including venues, schedules, logistics, and event support.
  • Coordinate Versaterm’s participation in industry events, including registrations, booths, and materials.
  • Organize internal and external workshops and symposiums in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage logistics for company-wide meetings and conferences, including agendas, speakers, and technical setup.
  • Research and manage vendors, contracts, and external partner relationships.
  • Oversee attendee registration and collect post-event evaluations.
  • Prepare reports on event costs, attendee demographics, feedback, and improvement opportunities.
  • Perform other related duties supporting team and organizational priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 2–3 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support, preferably in a corporate or client-facing environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Event management software experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours during events.
  • Ability to pass a fingerprint-based background check and comply with FBI CJIS Security Policy and any additional customer security requirements.
