Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated demand-generation programs across India, including campaigns, events, digital programs, and account-focused activities.
  • Execute partner campaigns, co-marketing programs, workshops, customer events, webinars, partner days, and other joint demand-generation activities.
  • Coordinate local activations such as conferences, executive events, roundtables, meetups, webinars, and virtual experiences.
  • Manage event logistics, speaker preparation, KBYG documentation, onsite execution, and post-event follow-up.
  • Track leads and opportunities generated by marketing programs and coordinate timely follow-up with BDRs, Sales, Partner Sales, and Marketing Operations.
  • Manage agencies, production partners, vendors, and other third parties to deliver programs on time, within budget, and to standard.
  • Monitor campaign performance and marketing KPIs using CRM and BI tools, reporting on pipeline contribution, partner influence, ROI, and engagement.
  • Identify opportunities to improve regional marketing performance through ongoing program optimization.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of marketing experience in a B2B technology company, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud, SaaS, cloud-native, DevOps, or developer tooling.
  • Experience supporting field marketing, demand generation, partner marketing, or regional marketing programs in India.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Ability to collaborate across Sales, Partner Sales, Marketing, Digital, Operations, and global teams.
  • Ability to take ownership and execute hands-on in a fast-paced, remote-first, high-growth environment.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Understanding of the India B2B technology landscape and local enterprise go-to-market practices.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20% across India and the broader region.
  • Experience with CRM and business intelligence tools for campaign and pipeline reporting (preferred).
