Description

  • Manage and update the Shopify website, including products, descriptions, images, and other content.
  • Organize product imagery and maintain accurate, clear, and consistent product information.
  • Review website presentation and identify improvements to organization, appearance, and customer experience.
  • Manage Instagram and Facebook content, including creation, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring.
  • Create branded marketing materials and visual content using Canva.
  • Select and format imagery for newsletters, website pages, and social media.
  • Create and send weekly newsletters using Flodesk, adapting templates, layouts, imagery, and copy.
  • Maintain the weekly email marketing schedule and ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
  • Develop promotional and product-focused content while maintaining consistent brand standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, social media, or a similar role.
  • Experience managing or working with Shopify.
  • Strong experience using Canva.
  • Experience managing Instagram and Facebook for a business or brand.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms; Flodesk experience is highly desirable.
  • Experience managing or updating a website.
  • Strong understanding of visual branding, design aesthetics, typography, color, spacing, layouts, and product presentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain a polished, consistent visual style.
  • Strong written English and ability to create or adapt marketing copy.
  • Good organizational skills, proactive approach, ability to work independently, and confidence managing deadlines and recurring tasks.
