Description

  • Coordinate marketing projects, calendars, and requests to keep priorities on track.
  • Manage logistics for tradeshows, webinars, roundtables, and other events, including vendors, communications, materials, shipping, and follow-up.
  • Maintain website content and support digital marketing activities.
  • Create and update PowerPoint presentations, LinkedIn posts, blog content, collateral, and sales enablement materials.
  • Organize marketing files, templates, documentation, and asset inventories.
  • Assist with vendor coordination, invoice processing, budget tracking, and Microsoft MDF and Coop Funds administration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives.
  • Track campaign performance, summarize results, and identify improvement opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Experience with CRM and CMS platforms such as Salesforce and WordPress.
  • Experience with Canva, LinkedIn, and Sprout Social.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Office 365, Teams, Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, deadline management, and follow-through skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Creative ability to develop engaging presentations and marketing materials.
  • Interest or experience in coordinating event logistics.
  • Curiosity, adaptability, growth mindset, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Ability to use approved AI and productivity tools responsibly.
  • Applicants must not require work visa sponsorship.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $78,000–$97,500 USD.
  • Annual discretionary or utilization bonus eligibility.
  • Virtual-first flexible work location.
