Description

  • Oversee partner business plans, alliance management, and channel execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners such as Microsoft, Sage, and NetSuite.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor, report on, and improve partnership metrics and goals such as ARR growth and customer adoption.
  • Develop partnership strategies, including business planning, goal setting, and operational execution.
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives through co-marketing, co-selling, field teaming, referrals, and sales efforts.
  • Define joint value propositions, differentiation, messaging, positioning, and packaging or pricing with ecosystem partners.
  • Develop rollout plans from contract signature through integration and stakeholder education.
  • Create pitch strategies, presentation materials, and executive engagement plans for key decision-makers.
  • Provide strategic insight, thought leadership, and clear communication on partnership initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of sales experience in a software or integrated payments organization in a fast-growing environment.
  • Experience managing and scaling a partnership organization within a multi-faceted sales structure.
  • Experience working with partners such as Microsoft, Sage, or NetSuite and their Value Added Resellers.
  • Understanding of the ERP partner ecosystem and how it operates.
  • Demonstrated commitment to disciplined sales processes, including forecasting, sales methodology, sales operations, compensation alignment, and organization design.
  • Experience in application software or technology, preferably in higher-growth mid-cap or venture-backed environments.
  • Proven success developing and delivering strategic plans with leading tech companies (ISVs) and mid-sized SaaS vendors.
  • Strong planning, financial, and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complex situations and competing priorities.
  • Exceptional organizational leadership, written communication, and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to build relationships with customers, vendors, and employees at all levels.
