Description

  • Provide technical leadership and evangelize Versa solutions to customers and partners.
  • Design state-of-the-art SD-WAN deployments and produce high-level and low-level design documentation.
  • Conduct hands-on testing to validate proof-of-concept environments, network designs, and deployments.
  • Deliver professional services assignments for strategic customers.
  • Create customer- and partner-facing whitepapers, knowledge base articles, and related technical content.
  • Travel onsite to support customers when required.

Requirements

  • Mandarin and English fluency.
  • Security clearance required to support federal agencies.
  • Experience planning, designing, or operating service-provider or large-enterprise WAN/LAN networks.
  • In-depth understanding of the TCP/IP protocol stack.
  • Knowledge of MPLS, MPLS-based VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, and multicast.
  • Experience architecting or managing large-scale, high-performance, resilient enterprise networks.
  • Knowledge of Linux administration, shell scripting, and Python scripting.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and troubleshooting complex networks, with strong analytical and full-stack problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of next-generation firewalls, UTM, IDS/IPS, malware prevention, SaaS architectures, and public or private cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, OpenStack, or VMware.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in Singapore; travel may be required.
