Description

  • Perform troubleshooting and analysis, including investigation of log files.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact for fellow IT professionals.
  • Own customer issues from case opening through resolution.
  • Troubleshoot issues in Veeam products and related third-party components from Microsoft and VMware.
  • Determine whether an issue is a known defect, an unknown issue, or a misconfiguration.
  • Correct issues in break/fix scenarios and explain the process to customers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and within SLA in the CRM tool.

Requirements

  • Fluent French and English, including reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Advanced user or administrative-level experience with Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, and 2025.
  • Advanced user or administrative-level experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11.
  • Practical knowledge of TCP/IP, including OS and firewall configuration.
  • Experience with networking configuration and troubleshooting, including NAT, ports, DHCP, and DNS.
  • Knowledge of UNIX and/or Linux is a plus.
  • Experience with VMware ESX(i) is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V is a plus.
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange Server administration is a plus.
  • Knowledge of database engines such as SQL or Oracle is a plus.
  • Ability to quickly learn, understand, and explain technical information.
  • Ability and desire to take ownership of client issues through resolution.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Applicants must be permanently located in Romania.
