Description

  • Fulfill NGS panel design requests for customers in China.
  • Participate in discussions with customers on special NGS panel designs.
  • Maintain regular communication with the global design team.
  • Handle complex technical inquiries about DNA synthesis products, including genes, oligo pools, and mutant libraries.
  • Provide timely and accurate technical solutions and research recommendations based on company products.
  • Understand customer application scenarios in antibody drug discovery, cell therapy, gene therapy, and AI-driven drug discovery.
  • Follow up on key customers’ R&D projects and maintain strong technical trust relationships.
  • Collect, analyze, and share customer needs and market trends to support product development and marketing decisions.
  • Work closely with sales teams on technical visits and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with R&D and production teams to investigate and resolve complex customer issues and improve product quality and processes.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or higher in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology, Bioengineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of R&D or application support experience in a biotechnology company, CRO, or pharmaceutical company.
  • Basic Linux operation skills and a foundation in bioinformatics.
  • Deep understanding of oligonucleotide and gene synthesis principles, processes, and quality control points.
  • Experience applying DNA synthesis products in at least two areas: antibody drug development, cell therapy, gene therapy, or AI in drug discovery.
  • Hands-on molecular biology and cell biology lab experience, including molecular cloning, plasmid construction, PCR, cell culture, and transfection/transduction.
  • Ability to independently resolve customer technical issues.
  • Excellent Chinese and English communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Strong customer service mindset, initiative, problem-solving ability, teamwork, and project management skills.
