Description

  • Lead the delivery of Channel/VCSP learning journeys and onboarding programs.
  • Develop reinforcement materials such as job aids and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor onboarding performance and coordinate with managers and stakeholders to ensure readiness.
  • Facilitate virtual and in-person training sessions for small groups, 1:1s, and larger audiences.
  • Drive adoption of required or recommended training programs.
  • Track learning metrics and evaluate training effectiveness using established models such as Kirkpatrick.
  • Create training deliverables and document implementation of training programs and initiatives.
  • Support call shadowing and role-play initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts on tools, productivity enablement, product launches, and sales messaging.
  • Draft regular communications and support leadership with program updates, business insights, and sales plays.

Requirements

  • Training facilitation experience.
  • Proven success driving programs and projects independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and openness to coaching and feedback.
  • Prior experience working with sales teams, or a combination of relevant experience and education preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and work as a high-energy, motivated self-starter.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a positive attitude during periods of change.
  • Familiarity with software sales and the backup industry preferred.
  • Experience with Service Provider and Channel GTM motions.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM preferred.
  • Experience with collaboration tools such as MS Teams, Zoom, or Webex preferred.
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 20%.
  • Completion of required trainings and certifications in a timely manner, including Veeam Selling, JOLT, vPower, onboarding, and product launch training.
