Description

  • Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions in live virtual, in-person, recorded, and asynchronous formats for customers and partners.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs, data sets, and skill levels, and adapt training content accordingly.
  • Customize educational content for specific customer data sets and use cases.
  • Partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver tailored training programs.
  • Develop and update training documentation and other enablement materials.
  • Deliver 1-to-many training through webinars alongside 1-to-1 customer engagements.
  • Build deep expertise across Contentsquare’s product suite and serve as a product specialist to customers.
  • Define and manage training consultancy scope agreements.
  • Support customer value realization through foundational and use-case-based training.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in training consultancy, ideally within a SaaS MarTech/AdTech company.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and train others on analytics technology.
  • Experience defining, developing, and adhering to training consultancy scope agreements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a global, cross-functional, team-based environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable work ethic with strong follow-through and a positive attitude.
  • Training consulting experience in a SaaS company is preferred.
