Description

  • Own territory renewal and expansion goals and work to exceed quota.
  • Manage renewal activity to ensure timely contract continuation and customer retention.
  • Proactively monitor expiring agreements and remove obstacles to renewal.
  • Prepare and provide proposals and quotes for customers and partners.
  • Handle inquiries about pricing, co-terming, upselling, and maintenance reinstatement.
  • Cold-call lapsed customers to reactivate support and maintenance.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and other teams to support renewals and retention.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records and Salesforce hygiene in the CRM system.
  • Manage inbound renewal inquiries through renewal portals and meet KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Negotiate maintenance agreements and pursue reinstatement opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales experience in any industry or vertical.
  • Renewals or customer success experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
  • High energy and motivation, with the ability to handle a high volume of email and outbound calls.
  • Experience compiling, querying, analyzing, and reporting data.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of the virtualization industry and ability to communicate information to partners.

  • $76,200–$114,300 USD OTE, including base pay and performance-based bonus/commission.
