Description

  • Advise people managers and HR partners on local labor laws, employment regulations, and internal policies across DACH, Benelux, and the Nordics.
  • Serve as the custodian of local compliance requirements and lead implementation of HR policies and procedures at the country level.
  • Collaborate with Employee Relations to manage complex employee relations cases and investigations.
  • Support people managers with employee lifecycle activities, including compensation reviews, performance ratings, hiring, and data management.
  • Assist with relocation activities as needed.
  • Implement global People & Culture programs locally and drive employee engagement and workplace satisfaction initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on HR KPIs, trends, and risks.
  • Problem-solve key issues impacting the supported countries.
  • Act as the primary contact for HR matters across the assigned regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices across Southern Europe, with particular expertise in French labor law.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
  • Progressive HR experience.
  • Experience in matrixed or multinational organizations is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • Must be permanently located in Germany, with preference for Berlin.
