Description

  • Build and lead the regional HR Operations structure and ways of working in alignment with the global model.
  • Oversee day-to-day HR service delivery and lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, changes, and exits.
  • Coach and develop HR Operations Specialists to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
  • Maintain governance for data integrity, process adherence, and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with other Regional HR Operations Leads to standardize processes, templates, and service delivery globally.
  • Contribute to global process maps, playbooks, and Tier 0/1 knowledge content.
  • Partner with Global HRBPs, COEs, Payroll, Legal, Finance, and ERMO to deliver compliant HR processes.
  • Act as the regional escalation point for complex or sensitive employee matters.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate HR processes.
  • Use metrics and data to monitor performance, identify improvements, and provide regional insight to HR Operations leadership.

Requirements

  • Broad HR Operations or Shared Services experience across multiple countries.
  • Proven success leading teams and embedding new ways of working.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, compliance, and governance.
  • Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a global matrix environment.
  • Data-driven, analytical mindset with an eye for simplification and continuous improvement.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and building structure from the ground up.
  • Experience with global HRIS platforms, ideally SAP SuccessFactors (desirable).
  • Familiarity with automation or AI-enabled HR solutions (desirable).
  • Exposure to global service delivery models or shared service environments (desirable).
