Description

  • Coordinate and support the end-to-end hiring process, including scheduling, candidate communication, and interview logistics.
  • Partner with hiring managers to deliver a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Help build and improve recruiting processes, systems, sourcing, and pipeline development.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for U.S. and international team members.
  • Provide day-to-day employee support and assist with benefits administration and general HR processes.
  • Plan and support team events, offsites, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Support compliance across the U.S., UK, Ireland, and global contractors.
  • Research employment laws and best practices, and maintain clear internal guidelines and documentation.
  • Assist with audits, insurance, and other operational compliance needs.
  • Support implementation and management of HR tools, ATS, internal systems, IT coordination, device management, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in People Operations, HR, Recruiting, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee support.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and switch contexts frequently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and operate with good judgment in ambiguous situations.
  • High level of trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a distributed team.
  • Experience supporting recruiting or talent operations in a startup or fast-paced environment (preferred).
  • Exposure to global HR or compliance across multiple countries (preferred).
  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS, or people operations tools such as Gusto or Greenhouse (preferred).
  • Experience with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or ISO (preferred).
