Description

  • Run end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for a global hybrid and remote team, including first-day setup, access provisioning, and exit logistics.
  • Lead sensitive offboarding and exit conversations with empathy, discretion, and sound judgment.
  • Partner with the Talent team to ensure pre-onboarding documentation is complete and accurate before day one.
  • Partner with leaders on organizational design, including team structures, reporting lines, role definitions, and leveling.
  • Support headcount planning and organizational changes with clear frameworks and change-management practices.
  • Own the HRIS as the business administrator, including configuration, workflows, data integrity, permissions, and system health.
  • Manage the HRIS vendor relationship, including roadmap discussions, escalations, renewals, and feature adoption.
  • Drive integrations between the HRIS and connected tools to streamline processes and reduce manual work.
  • Produce monthly payroll variance reports and quarterly ESOP reporting for leadership.
  • Audit People Ops workflows, identify automation opportunities, and build SOPs, prompt libraries, and lightweight internal tools.
  • Lead ad hoc People projects such as compensation and benefits analysis, benchmarking, and company-wide people initiatives.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or a closely adjacent role.
  • Hands-on ownership of onboarding and offboarding, including direct experience leading exit conversations.
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational design, including team structures, role definitions, leveling, and reorganizations.
  • Strong HRIS administrator experience with workflows, data management, reporting, and vendor ownership.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms such as BambooHR, HiBob, Workday, Rippling, Darwinbox, Keka, or similar.
  • Comfort working with people data such as payroll variance, headcount, ESOP, and attrition.
  • Genuinely AI-savvy, with active daily use of LLMs and prompt building for reliable outputs.
  • Ability to document, standardize, automate, and ship process improvements independently.
  • Excellent written communication skills for policies, SOPs, and tactful employee communications.
  • Experience supporting a globally distributed, hybrid, or remote workforce.
