Description

  • Develop and execute technical sales strategies that drive solution adoption and revenue across US South East and LATAM.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales engineering organization focused on technical excellence.
  • Drive enterprise solution cycles from discovery to close with C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain strategic technical relationships with technology partners, system integrators, and industry influencers.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align go-to-market strategy and customer needs.
  • Provide market and technical feedback to inform product roadmap and company direction.
  • Support and enable the team in delivering complex technical solution presentations and demonstrations.
  • Work closely with executive leadership to align technical objectives with company growth plans.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of enterprise software or technical sales engineering experience, including at least 8 years in senior pre-sales or technical leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of supporting or enabling revenue targets in enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Extensive experience architecting, presenting, and demonstrating complex technical solutions in security, privacy, compliance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA, enterprise security architectures, and technical requirements.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree such as an MBA or MS preferred.
  • Previous success supporting sales to Fortune 500 companies in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Healthcare, or Insurance.
  • Track record of building and maintaining strategic technical partnerships with major consulting firms and system integrators.
  • Ability to develop and articulate technical strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top sales engineering talent.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills with executive presence at both C-suite and technical stakeholder levels.

  • Compensation range of $302,900-$562,600 USD in Zone 1, $277,700-$515,800 USD in Zone 2, $252,500-$468,800 USD in Zone 3, and $219,600-$407,900 USD in Zone 4, with base pay plus performance-based bonus or OTE depending on plan.
