Description

  • Own renewal and expansion targets for an assigned territory or customer segment.
  • Manage the full renewal cycle for maintenance contracts, including expiring agreements and renewal follow-up.
  • Provide timely quotes and proposals directly to customers and channel partners.
  • Handle customer and partner inquiries related to pricing, co-terming, upselling, and reinstatement of maintenance contracts.
  • Cold call customers with lapsed support to reactivate maintenance coverage.
  • Identify, pursue, and negotiate maintenance reinstatement and add-on sales opportunities.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and other teams to support renewals and prepare NSQs.
  • Maintain accurate customer and partner activity records in Salesforce.com.
  • Manage inbound renewal requests through renewal portals and prioritize workload to meet KPIs, SLAs, and customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; a combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Advanced English proficiency required.
  • Advanced French proficiency required.
  • Strong customer service skills are required.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask to meet deadlines and quotas.
  • Ability to work in a semi-autonomous, fast-paced environment.
  • High energy, motivation, and willingness to handle a high volume of email communication and outbound phone calls.
  • Experience compiling, querying, analyzing, and reporting data.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com is desirable.
  • Basic knowledge of the virtualization industry and ability to communicate information to partners.
  • Applicants must be permanently located in Romania for this position.
