Description

  • Handle inbound customer requests and resolve issues through email, chat, or other support channels.
  • Respond promptly to time-sensitive issues involving payments, account questions, delivery problems, and troubleshooting.
  • Answer customer questions about subscriptions, products, and service details.
  • Escalate critical cases and exceptions to the CX Supervisor for follow-up.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and general subscription requests.
  • Build deep knowledge of the product, its differentiators, and the value it provides to customers.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience in every interaction.
  • Manage a rotating schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience resolving inbound customer issues using email, phone, and/or chat.
  • Outstanding English communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a strong interest in helping people.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude, strong people skills, and a willingness to go the extra mile for teammates.
  • Focus on quality and empathy in customer interactions.
  • Knowledge of nutritional information and fine dining is preferred.
  • Availability for multiple schedules, including public holidays.
  • Ability to work in a mainly remote hybrid model with occasional on-demand office attendance.
  • Resume must be submitted in English.
  • Process must be completed by May 5th, with a target start date of May 18th.
