Description

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Analyze healthcare data sets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that inform solution design and performance improvements.
  • Lead and support the implementation of healthcare IT solutions, including deployment and integration.
  • Partner with clients to assess needs, define requirements, and customize solutions to match their goals and workflows.
  • Deliver knowledge transfer and training sessions to end-users to support adoption and effective use of technology solutions.
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting to resolve client issues efficiently.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and feedback, coordinating with internal teams to drive resolution.
  • Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization to improve client satisfaction and value delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field; master’s preferred.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting healthcare IT solutions.
  • Proficiency in Unix, SQL, Python, or similar programming languages for data analysis and system support.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards and regulations such as HL7, FHIR, and HIPAA.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Solid understanding of healthcare industry workflows, standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred competencies include trust-building, self-awareness, stakeholder management, conflict resolution, adaptability, and strategic thinking.
