Description

  • Build and execute a high-impact prospecting strategy with Business Development.
  • Identify ideal customers across the assigned region.
  • Develop strategic sales plans with Sales Leadership.
  • Lead sales campaigns that align with customer needs and business priorities.
  • Manage pricing and contract negotiations with Varicent leadership and clients.
  • Own activity and conversation targets, as well as pipeline goals, over time.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Leadership and partner teams to scale the sales engine.
  • Build account strategies and use feedback from Enterprise AEs and managers to refine approach.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Sales Performance Management landscape and customer challenges.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 5+ years of proven enterprise software sales experience with quota-carrying success.
  • Strong track record selling to C-suite leaders in SaaS environments.
  • Experience managing high-volume pipelines in fast-changing conditions.
  • Curiosity and interest in ICM, CRM, and SaaS, with the ability to become a subject-matter expert quickly.
  • Hustle, grit, entrepreneurial drive, customer obsession, and deep sales expertise.
  • Experience working with partner relationships such as ISVs and GSIs preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in change, complexity, ambiguity, and fast-moving environments.
  • Strong critical thinking and willingness to engage in healthy debate.
