Description

  • Own the entire sales cycle from researching and qualifying leads to booking meetings (calls, emails, LinkedIn), running demos, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and articulate the platform’s value tailored to each prospect’s specific requirements.
  • Engage and build relationships with decision-makers across financial services, including tax advisory, audit, corporate finance, M&A, PE/VC, hedge funds, family offices, and banks.
  • Actively contribute to and continuously refine the go-to-market and sales strategy for the LATAM region.
  • After a successful onboarding period (approx. 3–6 months), take ownership of and manage an SDR to support lead generation and demo booking.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to close deals and drive account growth.
  • Manage pipeline and performance to meet agreed sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience and a proven track record closing new business in a B2B SaaS environment (ideally FinTech or related sector).
  • Full-time availability for a remote role (hybrid option if based in Vienna).
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to identify opportunities, navigate buying cycles, and create urgency.
  • Experience engaging and selling to senior stakeholders in financial services (experience with tax advisory, audit, corporate finance, or banking is a strong plus).
  • Ownership mindset with initiative, accountability, and receptiveness to feedback.
  • Collaborative approach to working with SDRs, marketing, and customer success.
  • Excellent communication skills in English plus fluent Portuguese or Spanish.
  • Willingness to take on people management responsibility for an SDR after onboarding (approx. 3–6 months).
