Description

  • Own the full sales cycle: research, qualify, outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), demo, needs analysis, negotiation and close.
  • Present Valutico’s platform to prospective customers and tailor the value proposition to their specific needs.
  • Target and engage decision-makers across the finance sector (tax advisors, auditors, corporate finance, M&A, PE/VC, hedge funds, family offices, banks).
  • Develop, contribute to and continuously optimize the go-to-market and sales strategy for the DACH market.
  • Collaborate closely with SDRs, Marketing and Customer Success to drive lead generation, pipeline progression and customer onboarding.
  • After successful ramp (approx. 3–6 months), take responsibility for an SDR to support lead generation and demo booking in your market.
  • Track and report on sales metrics and progress toward targets; work to achieve and exceed quota.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience successfully closing new business in B2B SaaS (FinTech experience or related sector preferred).
  • Proven track record engaging and selling to senior decision-makers in the financial sector.
  • Experience selling to or working with tax advisors, auditors, corporate finance teams or banks is a strong plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage buying processes and create urgency.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with accountability, goal orientation and openness to feedback.
  • Team player who partners effectively with SDRs, Marketing and Customer Success.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to adapt messaging by audience.
  • Availability for a full-time role.
