Description

  • Lead the full lifecycle of Data & AI projects from discovery and design through build, deployment, and adoption across multiple concurrent engagements.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and resource forecasts while managing scope, timelines, and dependencies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client executives, product owners, and technical leads.
  • Coordinate work across data engineers, data scientists, ML engineers, architects, business analysts, and domain subject matter experts.
  • Apply industry knowledge of Automotive, Agriculture, and Manufacturing to shape delivery and reduce execution risk.
  • Enforce delivery standards, model governance, data quality, security, and responsible AI practices.
  • Track financial performance, manage change requests, identify upsell opportunities, and help meet margin and utilization targets.
  • Run retrospectives, capture lessons learned, and contribute to internal delivery playbooks and estimation models.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional project management experience delivering Data, Analytics, or AI/ML solutions end to end.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline; Master's degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Proven delivery experience in at least two of these verticals: Automotive, Agriculture, and Manufacturing.
  • Strong working knowledge of cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP, as well as data pipelines and MLOps.
  • Foundational familiarity with generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
  • Hands-on experience leading Agile Scrum/Kanban and hybrid delivery teams, including distributed and offshore squads.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience engaging C-level sponsors, plant managers, R&D heads, and technical specialists.
  • Strong commercial acumen including budget ownership, vendor management, SOW shaping, and change control.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and drive outcomes in environments with varying data maturity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • At least one of the following certifications is required: PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Strongly preferred certifications include Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud credentials; data/AI certifications; SAFe SPC or RTE; and ITIL Foundation.
