Description

  • Own assigned projects from initiation through final closing, including planning, coordination, creation, and launch of deliverables.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project work and coordinate implementation plans with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Define project scope and objectives, then develop detailed work plans, schedules, and status reports.
  • Manage project budgets and client invoicing activities.
  • Conduct project meetings and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Communicate expectations to internal teams and vendors to keep work moving efficiently through the agency.
  • Track milestones and work across account, creative, studio, editorial, print production, strategic planning, UX, technology, and programming teams.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting on revenue recognition and invoicing processes.
  • Route deliverables for review and sign-off, including brand team review, MLR review, disk release, and vendor handoff.
  • Manage risk planning, mitigation, QA, and agency process compliance for all projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of project/program management or relevant experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in budget management.
  • Working familiarity with industry-specific processes, including MLR review.
  • Background working on promotional projects for Medical Education.
  • Demonstrated track record of leading small to medium-scale products from conception through completion.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with copy, design, account, and project management counterparts.
  • Proficiency in creating timelines and tracking progress against schedules.
  • Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Adaptable, resilient, proactive, and resourceful, with comfort adjusting scope and responsibilities as business needs change.
