Description

  • Plan and execute complex hardware movements, site installations, testing, pack-out, training, and sustainment activities.
  • Manage site sustainment operations, including Tier 1 troubleshooting, user support, issue resolution, escalation, reporting, and data-related work.
  • Communicate plans, timelines, and status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead integrated cross-functional program teams to deliver capability and maintain execution focus.
  • Manage customer and stakeholder expectations and relationships with professionalism and follow-through.
  • Support a large Department of War program by preparing and submitting accurate information on deadline.
  • Represent the customer back to Anduril by capturing feedback and lessons learned to improve the product and team.
  • Anticipate contingencies, assess and mitigate risk, and continuously improve deployment processes.
  • Develop deep mission expertise and advise engineers on customer requirements and CONOPS.
  • Build trust with users through high-quality training, support, and responsive communication.

Requirements

  • Advanced degree or 4+ years of experience in a technical field.
  • Deep interest in national security issues and defense technologies, with a commitment to lifelong learning.
  • Proven customer-facing program management and/or systems engineering experience, preferably in defense, national security, or aerospace.
  • Proven experience leading a team of peers to field hardware or software products in real operating environments.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year.
  • Experience leading tech-enabled teams and building influence through relationships.
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and subject matter experts across engineering, operations, logistics, and related functions.
  • Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate project management and customer relationship processes.
  • Strong listening and communication skills to interpret subjective information and translate it into objective team input.
  • Creative problem-solving mindset that is energetic, relentlessly curious, and able to bring innovative solutions for strategic impact.
