Description

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid social, paid search, programmatic media, web, mobile, and email.
  • Manage program-level projects with competing priorities while maintaining momentum, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Translate client business goals into clear, executable project plans across strategy, creative, data, media, and technology teams.
  • Serve as the primary delivery point of contact for enterprise-level clients and manage expectations, timelines, risks, and outcomes.
  • Partner with practice leads and internal teams to ensure integrated, performance-driven execution.
  • Provide clarity, structure, and delivery leadership to enable project teams to deliver best-in-class work.
  • Balance creative ambition with delivery feasibility, timelines, and budgets.
  • Manage and mentor project managers as required.
  • Help evolve, update, and establish project management processes, standards, and best practices.
  • Own financial tracking, forecasting, and margin management for assigned accounts.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in project or delivery management within a marketing, media, or digital agency environment.
  • Proven track record leading multi-channel marketing campaigns for enterprise-level clients.
  • Advanced experience in project planning, scope management, timelines, resourcing, and budgeting.
  • Expert knowledge of digital media campaigns, web development, and digital strategy projects.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodology, including risk management, work plans, specifications, resource allocation, and team meetings.
  • Experience contributing to or leading process improvements for project management teams.
  • Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities.
  • Experience acting as the main client point of contact and managing expectations confidently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision, execution details, and performance outcomes.
  • Direct experience managing a team of project managers and motivating project teams.
  • Experience with clients in Travel & Tourism/Leisure, Emerging Brands, or IMDA (preferred).
  • Experience supporting or managing creative versioning workflows, marketing automation campaigns, or Martech platform integrations (preferred).
  • Applicants must be based in Ontario or Québec.
  • Québec-based candidates must have fluency in English.
