Description

  • Design and continuously evolve the global Startup Program strategy and operating model.
  • Define the end-to-end startup lifecycle framework, from onboarding through expansion, with clear milestones and success measures.
  • Develop structured credit frameworks aligned with technical and commercial milestones.
  • Embed technical value such as GPU advisory, training optimization, and inference best practices into the program.
  • Own the startup customer journey from initial engagement through production and long-term expansion.
  • Drive pipeline generation, conversion from credits to paid workloads, and expansion revenue in partnership with Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success.
  • Design and optimize onboarding experiences that reduce time-to-first-deployment and time-to-production.
  • Create startup success playbooks, enablement programs, and proactive engagement models to support growth.
  • Collaborate with Venture Partnerships to strengthen VC portfolio engagement and referral workflows.
  • Serve as the cross-functional lead for the Startup Program across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Ecosystem teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, AI platforms, developer ecosystems, or startup GTM roles.
  • Proven experience building or scaling startup programs, developer platforms, or ecosystem initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate early-stage engagement into long-term commercial impact.
  • Strong understanding of AI workloads, including training and inference environments.
  • Experience working closely with Sales, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success teams.
  • Data-driven and metrics-oriented, with the ability to define and track performance KPIs.
  • Operationally rigorous, with the ability to build scalable systems and repeatable processes.
  • Comfort operating across both technical and commercial functions.
  • Credibility with founders, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience at a cloud provider or AI infrastructure company is a plus.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.
  • Background as a founder or early-stage operator is a plus.
  • Familiarity with venture capital ecosystems and portfolio engagement models is a plus.
  • Remote work from the United States is allowed, with San Francisco Bay Area preferred.

  • $220k–$285k OTE compensation plus equity, depending on experience.
