Description

  • Own executive relationships across strategic enterprise accounts and serve as the main point of accountability for client outcomes, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Develop and execute account strategies that expand Valiantys’ footprint across SDLC tooling, AI-enabled delivery, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Lead solutioning for complex pursuits by scoping DevOps, platform engineering, and AI-augmented SDLC engagements.
  • Shape and communicate target architectures covering CI/CD, security, compliance, resilience, and AI copilots integrated into the delivery lifecycle.
  • Govern delivery quality with engagement managers, handle escalations, and ensure architectural integrity.
  • Represent Valiantys in executive briefings, QBRs, industry events, and joint go-to-market activities.
  • Mentor consultants and architects while contributing to practice development in AI-enabled SDLC and DevOps.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expand existing enterprise accounts through consultative selling and executive alignment.
  • Translate CIO, CTO, CISO, and platform leader priorities into multi-year transformation roadmaps.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, or enterprise technology roles.
  • At least 5 years of client-facing leadership experience such as Client Partner, Engagement Director, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience modernizing SDLC processes including requirements, source control, CI/CD, test automation, release management, and value stream metrics.
  • Demonstrated experience embedding AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise SDLC and DevOps practices.
  • Hands-on or architectural depth in DevOps solution architecture, including CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, Kubernetes/EKS, Terraform, CloudFormation, and observability tools.
  • Strong foundation in cloud and platform infrastructure, including networking, identity, security, scalability, and reliability engineering at enterprise scale.
  • Active AWS certification at the Solutions Architect – Professional or DevOps Engineer – Professional level, or equivalent certification in Azure or GCP.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-million-dollar account portfolios and complex pursuits.
  • Excellent executive communication, commercial acumen, and consultative selling skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, or Rovo, is preferred.
  • Additional preferred certifications include CKA, ITIL, SAFe, or HashiCorp Cloud Engineer.
  • Experience scaling AI platform capabilities such as RAG, MCP, and agent orchestration in regulated industries is preferred.
  • Experience with AWS industry specializations and established AWS partner network relationships is preferred.
  • Prior P&L ownership in a consulting or systems integrator environment is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
  • Role can be based in Canada or the United States, with a flexible remote work policy.
