Description

  • Own and re-architect the commit-to-production delivery path across .NET, Python, and Svelte.
  • Build internal tools that improve engineering workflows and earn adoption through usability.
  • Develop self-service environments, paved paths, and shared infrastructure for engineering teams.
  • Create purpose-built tooling to address specialized team problems.
  • Expand delivery metrics, use them to guide priorities, and report progress.
  • Improve local development, onboarding, and the deliberate use of AI-assisted development.
  • Influence engineering practices through strong communication, product judgment, and shipped solutions.

Requirements

  • Deep hands-on experience designing and rebuilding CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong software engineering skills and the ability to write production-quality code.
  • Product sense for internal tools and experience driving adoption without formal authority.
  • Experience working across multiple language ecosystems, dependency caches, and test runners.
  • Ability to instrument, interpret, and apply software delivery metrics to decision-making.
  • Practical experience with infrastructure as code and containerization.
  • Experience with GitLab CI at scale or Octopus Deploy (preferred).
  • Experience with .NET/MSBuild, Python packaging, or modern JavaScript build tooling (preferred).
  • Experience with monorepo tooling, pipeline observability, security/compliance automation, or product software engineering (preferred).
