Description

  • Analyze, refine, and validate customer requirements against business needs and technical feasibility.
  • Moderate scoping workshops and translate business requirements into concrete solutions.
  • Conduct audits of customer systems, including configuration, performance, security, and best practices.
  • Configure, implement, and integrate Atlassian solutions based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure implementations follow best practices and standards.
  • Produce project deliverables such as functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, and documentation.
  • Deliver training for end users and administrators.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and align expectations proactively.
  • Contribute to internal and external knowledge sharing, including documentation, blog posts, webinars, and events.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in consulting, software development, or technical roles.
  • Strong interest in Atlassian tools and environments.
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused work style.
  • Strong customer orientation.
  • Preferred: willingness to pursue continuous learning and certifications.
