Description

  • Manage and execute customer implementations and project work.
  • Conduct detailed discovery of customer CRM usage and map it to Outreach integration functionality.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Outreach technologies and related SaaS solutions.
  • Advise internal and external stakeholders as a trusted technical consultant.
  • Partner with program and project managers, consultants, trainers, and customer stakeholders to drive projects to completion.
  • Translate complex customer requirements into configuration and integration decisions.
  • Analyze client processes to design successful integrations and complex configuration setups.
  • Support customer adoption of AI-enabled workflows and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with client technical experts to define and execute configuration testing plans.

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in a SaaS consulting role.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical or support role.
  • Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies and technical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to create technical testing and troubleshooting approaches.
  • Ability to assess solution feasibility, identify alternatives, and solve complex integration problems.
  • Experience collaborating with enterprise customers and teammates on difficult technical problems.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Preferred: expertise in APIs, CRM integration, security, privacy, and integrations.
  • Preferred: exposure to AI-enabled technologies such as AI-driven workflows, copilots, predictive analytics, or automation features.
  • Preferred: familiarity with front-end and back-end development technologies.
  • Preferred: CRM or SaaS admin certification, such as Salesforce or Dynamics.
  • Preferred: experience working with a Sales Engagement Platform.
  • Preferred: experience working with internal Product or Engineering teams to improve product features and capabilities.
