Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery of Professional Services engagements, including onboarding, implementation, consulting, and technical advisory work.
  • Serve as the primary customer point of contact and manage scope, timelines, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Lead complex, multi-workstream program execution with detailed project plans, milestone tracking, dependency management, and RAID management.
  • Coordinate technical delivery for data protection and resilience across on-premises and cloud environments with internal teams and partners.
  • Run delivery governance activities, including kick-offs, status meetings, steering reviews, executive reporting, and escalations.
  • Own stakeholder engagement, change management, enablement planning, training, knowledge transfer, and adoption tracking.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Solution Architecture to support customer outcomes and identify follow-up opportunities.
  • Manage formal scope change control and support Professional Services revenue growth through customer engagements.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in programme and/or engagement management in enterprise software.
  • Experience working in a software vendor or B2B technology Professional Services environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including credibility at senior and executive levels.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or MSP certification, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, concurrent customer-facing engagements end-to-end.
  • Experience managing delivery partner and subcontractor resources.
  • Some understanding of data protection, backup and recovery, cloud, or virtualisation environments.
  • Fluent English is required; additional European languages are beneficial.
  • Ability to work from Germany, as applications may be declined if permanently located outside of Germany.
