Description

  • Gather, analyze, and refine customer requirements to align with business objectives and technical feasibility.
  • Facilitate scoping workshops and translate business needs into actionable solution designs.
  • Conduct audits of client environments covering configuration, performance, security, and best practices.
  • Configure, deploy, and integrate Atlassian Cloud solutions such as Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
  • Ensure implementations follow Cloud best practices and standards.
  • Produce functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, and other project documentation.
  • Deliver training sessions for end users and administrators.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate clearly with clients to align on expectations and support high satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for additional value and collaborate with Sales when relevant.
  • Participate in internal practices, knowledge sharing, and documentation development.
  • Contribute to internal and external visibility through blog posts, webinars, and events.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree, or equivalent, in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, software development, or technical roles.
  • Strong interest in cloud environments and Atlassian tools.
  • Ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Ability to be based anywhere in France and travel for work.
  • Preferred: continuous learning through training and certifications.
