Description

  • Support healthcare organizations as an Epic MyChart advisor on consulting and implementation engagements.
  • Drive strategic process improvement for client workflows and operations.
  • Manage complex projects across multiple client engagements.
  • Solve difficult client problems and provide clear, candid advisory guidance.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver technology and analytics solutions.
  • Help build data ecosystems that support clinical workflows, automate operational processes, and expedite research.
  • Contribute to governance, implementation, and analytics work as needed.
  • Represent Prominence as a trusted advisor to healthcare clients.

Requirements

  • Epic MyChart certification is required.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Epic Advisor.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously is required.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, Epic implementations, or advisory consulting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with healthcare technology strategy, data ecosystems, or analytics solutions is preferred.
