Description

  • Design and deliver tailored product demos that address prospect needs and business context.
  • Handle technical and product questions from prospects and coordinate answers with internal teams when needed.
  • Maintain demo environments and evaluation materials as the product evolves.
  • Contribute to business case and proposal responses.
  • Document recurring prospect questions and objections and share insights with product and marketing teams.
  • Own the end-to-end pilot experience for prospects, including setup, training, and regular check-ins.
  • Define pilot success metrics with prospects and track progress against them.
  • Proactively identify and remove blockers to adoption during pilots.
  • Build relationships that support conversion from pilot to full contract.
  • Hand off newly converted customers to the customer success team with full context and continuity.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and CS to share demo and pilot insights.
  • Build and maintain reusable materials such as demo scripts, onboarding guides, FAQs, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Define, track, and report on pre-sales and pilot performance metrics.
  • Identify patterns across pilots and evaluations that inform product, sales, and CS decisions.
  • Contribute to improving pre-sales and pilot processes as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment such as customer success, sales support, or implementation.
  • Experience presenting and demoing software products to business stakeholders at varying seniority levels.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized and reliable, with the ability to manage multiple active pilots or evaluations concurrently.
  • Genuinely curious about technology and how it solves real business problems.
  • Self-starter comfortable operating with ambiguity and without close supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, particularly HubSpot, is an advantage.
  • Experience in legaltech, professional services, or a compliance-sensitive industry is a genuine advantage.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment with high autonomy.
  • Right to live and work in the USA.
