Description

  • Guide new and existing enterprise customers through their customer journey and adoption process.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to help customers realize value from Hack The Box and address business challenges.
  • Schedule and lead regular customer check-in meetings.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer health notes and records in internal tools.
  • Analyze customer usage data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive and senior stakeholders as well as power users and admins.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Proactively identify and address risks to customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Gather actionable customer feedback and share it with product and other internal teams.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to grow accounts.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the Software as a Service (SaaS) model and customer success principles.
  • Previous experience in a Customer Success role.
  • Ability to navigate difficult conversations with customers and internal leadership.
  • Proficiency in cybersecurity fundamentals, including pentesting and cyberdefense skills.
  • Experience handling objections and overcoming challenges in the sales process.
  • Comfort owning revenue retention metrics to drive business growth.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple internal stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as ChurnZero, HubSpot, Tableau, Looker, Slack, or Gong is preferred.
  • Strong adaptability, active listening, and assertiveness are important for the role.

  • $105,000-$130,000 base salary plus a 20% bonus.
